Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Craicko account and associated personal data using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Sign in to Craicko (website or mobile app).
  2. Open Account.
  3. Use Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — Email a request

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account. We will process deletion of your account and associated personal data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or financial compliance.
